The Reef House and Spa Palm Cove is perfect for the small conference and incentive group. The well-appointed Melaleuca conference room can cater for up to 25 people boardroom style in a spacious area. The room can seat up to 45 delegates theatre style. Private dinners can also be arranged in this quiet location; up to 40 guests can enjoy a secluded banquet style dinner.
As there is only ever one conference on the property your group will have exclusive access to the many different breakout areas. These include a tropical garden terrace, a courtyard and the relaxing Poolside Cafe.
The conference room is fully equipped with two telephone and modem/fax lines, TV/DVD/stereo, whiteboard, etc. Other equipment can be arranged on request. Conferences of up to 60 people can be accommodated for in theatre-style conference room where the large windows allow for natural light and cool sea breezes.
